I‘m passionate about Hotel Marketing, Revenue Management, Direct Bookings, Channel communications strategy for Hospitality organizations. Focused in increasing conversion, driving brand experience and a better digital customer journey.
Born and raised in Bilbao, in the North of Spain. Moved to the warm and sunny Barcelona to study Hotel Management where I found my most vulnerable and resilient self.
Driven by instint, and a good friend, took a couple of bags and travelled -while studying- in Malaysia. Few months of inner discovery, of constant wunderlast, no judgment and last-minute trips.
On the way, I danced (a lot), laughed, cried, meet hundreds of diverse people. Location is only a social tag. Back in Bilbao & Barcelona felt hugged by genuine friends and family. The inspiration to continue handcrafting a kinder world.
There are many paths, I decide (every day) to take the one which feels more challenging & more worth it. The path of challenge, of falling and flying, of helping and asking for it. That’s the path. Fancy joining?
