I'm Idoia,
I open markets
I take a hotel-tech company with no presence in a country and turn it into a working business. I’ve done it at Asksuite, at Revbell and now at HiJiffy. It isn’t selling software: it’s deciding who to sell to, at what price, with which partners, and in what order.
I start with the customer, not the product
I come from the front desk, so I know what happens on a Friday at six. Nobody buys software because it’s good. They buy it because it makes a problem go away.
I build the system, not just close deals
First SDR, partners, budget, localised marketing. The point is that the market keeps working when I’m not there.
I’ve been talking about AI since 2020
I started talking about AI in 2020 and I’ve worked with it at three companies. Same story every time: everyone has the AI. What sets you apart is judgement (and taste).
I take revenue where it hasn’t reached yet
A wellness studio sells perishable capacity, just like a hotel. Same maths, no method. So I co-founded MOVÄ.
